True Kombat Training's MMA brings together the best of Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and wrestling into a program designed for children ages 4 to 13. Classes happen right at your home, with the instructor bringing mats and all the equipment.
If you want your child to know how to defend themselves in any situation, this is the right training.
Bullying at school, high-pressure situations with older kids, lack of confidence to stand up for themselves. These are real concerns that many parents carry daily. And the truth is, no conversation alone solves what practical experience solves.
A child who knows how to defend themselves carries a different kind of confidence. It's not about fighting. It's about knowing that, if needed, they are prepared. This changes their posture, changes the look in their eyes, and changes how others treat them. And you, as a parent, get peace of mind knowing your child has this foundation.
MMA is the most comprehensive modality for this because it prepares the child for any scenario: standing up or on the ground, with or without space, against someone bigger or stronger. But unlike what most people imagine, kids MMA training at TKT is safe, controlled, and above all, fun.
And with classes happening right at your home, you have the peace of mind of seeing exactly how the training works.

For the youngest ones, MMA is introduced as a game. The child learns basic defensive movements, safe falls (breakfalls), and distance management. Everything is done playfully. If your child is this age, the goal is for them to feel strong and capable without any kind of fear.
In this phase, the child begins to integrate stand-up training with the ground game. They learn takedowns, how to defend against being taken down, and how to control an opponent without hurting them. This is where MMA stands out from isolated modalities: the child becomes a complete martial artist. Parents see this in how their child reacts to conflicts at school and at home.
The older student trains for real self-defense scenarios. Classes include simulated situations (always in total safety) so the child knows how to react calmly and intelligently. If you have a pre-teen, this is the level where their confidence reaches a point you'll clearly notice in their posture.
It is the most complete program you can offer your child: MMA combines the best tools from each martial art. The child isn't limited to just one style. They learn to defend themselves in any situation.
No relying on gyms, no crowded classes, no worrying about who will be training with your child. You control the environment, the schedule, and the experience.
This builds a bond, trust, and consistency. The instructor knows their strengths and areas needing more attention. Every class is a natural continuation of the last. And parents feel secure in this relationship.
"Amazing program"
"Amazing with kids, a true Sensei!!!"
"Amazing people, very professional 👌🏻 Highly recommend."
Not in the TKT format. Our classes are private, with direct supervision from the instructor. There is no free-sparring between kids. Everything is technical, controlled, and progressive. The safety level is much higher than in any open-class gym. And you can watch every class to be absolutely sure.
Jiu-Jitsu focuses on ground fighting: control, submissions, and self-defense without striking. MMA includes Jiu-Jitsu and adds stand-up training (punches, kicks, defenses) and the integration between both distances. If your goal as a parent is to offer the most complete self-defense possible, MMA covers all scenarios.
Starting at age 4. For the youngest ones, training is fully adapted with games and playful exercises. The intensity and complexity gradually increase as the child grows.
Often, these are exactly the children who benefit the most. MMA develops confidence and assertiveness. It's not about liking to fight; it's about knowing that if they ever need to, they know what to do. This changes the child's posture without changing their personality. Many parents seek us out specifically for this reason.
Yes, but always with protective gear and in a controlled manner. The child strikes focus mitts, pads, and works with the instructor. Never against other children without proper supervision and adequate protection.
